Which legal entity operates the service
automated artificial intelligence trading system is a trading name used by the company that owns and operates this website and the associated client platform.
The operating company is the entity you contract with when you accept our Terms of Use and establish an account. Its complete legal designation, its corporate structure, its registration information and the identity of its parent organization are detailed in the client agreement provided during account setup, and may be obtained upon request via the channels outlined in the "Obtaining documentation" section hereunder.
Given that organizational structures, registration information and service offerings may evolve over time, we do not include them as static information on promotional materials. The client agreement and accompanying documentation package represent the definitive record; in the event of any inconsistency between this page and such documents, the documents shall take precedence.
Group companies and service providers
Certain functions - technology hosting, payment processing, market data, customer identification tools - are carried out by specialist third-party providers under written agreements. The categories of provider we use, and the way your personal data is handled by them, are described in our Privacy Policy. We do not publish provider names on this page.
The regulatory framework we work within
We describe here the type of obligations that govern the service, rather than naming authorities or quoting reference numbers, which belong in the formal documentation.
- 01
Client identification
Every account is verified before funding, trading or withdrawal, in line with the KYC and AML controls described on our KYC & AML page.
- 02
Financial-crime prevention
Sanctions and risk screening, ongoing transaction monitoring, internal escalation procedures and record retention for the periods required by applicable law.
- 03
Handling of client money
Client balances are recorded separately from the operating funds of the business, and payouts are returned to a verified instrument in the client's own name.
- 04
Fair and clear communication
Costs, spreads and any applicable fees are published in your account and on our pricing page. We do not promise specific returns, and all promotional material carries a risk warning.
- 05
Data protection
Personal data is processed on a defined lawful basis, retained only as long as necessary, and protected by access controls and encryption in transit and at rest.
- 06
Complaints handling
A documented procedure for addressing complaints internally, including timely acknowledgement, thorough assessment and a detailed response delivered within the period indicated upon receipt of your complaint.
Where a jurisdiction imposes stricter local requirements than those above, the stricter requirement applies to clients resident there.
Jurisdictions served and excluded
The service is offered only where we are permitted to offer it. Availability is assessed at registration on the basis of your country of residence, and it can change.
Where the service is offered
Accounts may be opened by residents of the countries listed as eligible in the registration flow of your account. If your country appears in that list and you pass verification, you can proceed. If it does not appear, the service is not available to you.
Where the service is not offered
- Countries and territories subject to applicable international sanctions frameworks or embargo restrictions.
- Regulatory territories where provision of this service category to non-professional clients demands a local license that we have not obtained.
- Jurisdictions identified as high risk for financial crime under applicable rules.
- Any territory we have chosen to exclude for internal risk reasons.
No solicitation
Nothing on this website is directed at, or intended for distribution to or use by, any person in a jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law. Accessing this site from an excluded jurisdiction does not create a right to use the service. If you move to an excluded jurisdiction while holding an account, tell us - the account may need to be restricted or closed and any balance returned to you.

Obtaining corporate and regulatory documentation
Clients, prospective clients and professional counterparties may request our corporate and compliance documentation. We provide it on request rather than publishing it openly.
What can be requested
- Identification of the service provider and its organizational profile.
- Your current service agreement and the applicable fee schedule for your account.
- An outline of our anti-money-laundering and customer-verification protocols.
- The complaints-handling procedure and escalation route.
- Privacy documentation concerning your individual information.
How to make the request
- 01
Write to us
Use the contact route on our contact page. Enter "Regulatory documentation request" on the message heading.
- 02
Identify yourself
Specify your status as an existing account holder (including your account email) or prospective user, and specify which records are required.
- 03
Receive the pack
Such enquiries receive responses within the timeframe conveyed upon acknowledgement of receipt. Certain materials may be delivered in condensed format where inclusion of proprietary operational information would be inappropriate.
Documents are sent to the verified contact details on file. We cannot send account-specific documentation to a third party without your written authorisation.
Regulatory and compliance questions
Inquiries concerning our regulatory standing, our adherence procedures, or matters requiring elevated consideration should be directed through the regulatory channel rather than standard customer service.
How do I raise a compliance question?
Send it through the contact page and mark it "Compliance". Include the account email address if you already hold an account, and describe the question in a sentence or two.
How do I make a formal complaint?
Apply the identical channel and append "Complaint" to the subject line. You will obtain a confirmation notice, an issue reference number, and an estimate of when a full response will be sent. If the determination does not satisfy your concern, the response will outline what further remedies are accessible to you.
How do I report suspicious activity or misuse of our brand?
Access the report misconduct section. Fraudulent use of automated artificial intelligence trading system's name in communications, promotional material or replica domains should be flagged through that mechanism so corrective measures may be implemented.
Are institutional or press enquiries handled here?
Yes - send them through the contact page with a clear subject line and they will be routed to the right team.
